💕 Returns & Exchanges Policy

I want you to love your purchase from Ruffle & Pearl ! If something isn’t quite right, I'm here to make it as easy as possible to exchange or return your item.

🔄 Returns

• I accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• To start a return, please contact me at amanda@ruffleandpearl.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, i’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or faulty.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Email amanda@ruffleandpearl.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

💌 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

🎁 Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for store credit equal to the item’s value.
